Many people desire the glory that comes with being a child of God yet they don't want to go through the process. Before glory there must be persecution - you die to yourself. The sons of Zebedee booked their seats without understanding the price they had to pay. Kanjalo nawe, are you ready to drink the cup of suffering for you to have eternal life? You are expected to deny yourself the pleasures of this life in order for you to seat where Jesus is. As we are about to commemorate the king's moment of pain, let us allow ourselves to suffer with Him so that we may be glorified with Him. No gain without pain!
